When exactly is a credit spent?
When the first document is lodged against a matter. Opening an empty matter costs nothing. Full detail on the pricing page and in clause 3 of the refund policy.
Is my case material used to train AI models?
No. It is processed to answer your instructions and for nothing else, and our provider agreement prohibits training on it. The security statement sets out exactly how material is handled.
Can the analysis be wrong?
Yes, and we say so prominently rather than in a footnote. Every citation must be verified against the primary source. See the disclaimer.
